Quick Edit:

I guess “Release Date” means “Ship Date” now. Okay, then why does every gaming website in the world, including the official Metroid website, say it will be available on Monday, August 24th? So, “Available” means “Wait an Extra Day”. Thank you Gamestop for clearing that up. I mean, it’s not that big of a deal, to have to wait another 24 hours, but don’t tell the whole world it comes out on the 24th, make them all excited, then be like “Ah ah ah! You gotta wait an extra day!” Can you imagine if they did that for movies?!

Needless to say, I will be picking up the game and my extra goodies tomorrow morning. If Gamestop says they still don’t have it, I am going to go bezerk. I think at that point I will cancel my preorder and take my money to Walmart, where the game was just released to the public two hours ago.

So, a few of you may remember back when Prime 3 came out I had a little party at my apartment. We made cake, cupcakes, and Varia Suit cake. Thats right. It was pretty awesome, we stayed up all night the night before, picked it up when it released. Although, I did get to play through it at a local Game Stop a week before it came out. Anyways, some pictures:

Well, enough of that, I have a huge load of more pictures with actual people in them but I don’t really feel like posting all those now, I just saw all the blue food coloring and thought it would be funny to post these up again. Who knows, maybe I will have another party when the Prime Trilogy comes out!

In other news, on August 12th I will be posting a major site update. I may have a few more posts between now and then, but by major site update I mean a complete re skin with the Phazon Organization’s new look, a ton of new content for Hyperborealis and Ecliption, and the announcement of a few new projects (with maybe a demo or two! Goody, actual stuff to play!). Also, that is the week of Quake-Con, which I will be attending all four days of (August 13th – 16th). I will be bringing some live video coverage of the event with myself, Alex Fox, and Fred the Assassin. Until then, I bid thee farewell.
